For as long as I can remember, I have loved that wonderful 'at home' feeling that my mother so masterfully created in my childhood home. My love for creating sweet and savory recipes started as a young girl as I watched my mother love and care for us.
As my own family grew, I learned how important it is to gather around the table to share each other’s lives. I was surprised how important a meal together became to my husband and children. Throughout the years many important things have been shared around our table.
My love for interior design, creating beautiful gathering places and entertaining in my home has been my passion and the inspiration for The Gathering of Friends cookbook series.
