According to the BLS Website there will be another change in service provider for processing Indian Visa's. This change in the process could add time into visa processing.  Please plan accordingly.

THERE WILL BE A  NEW SERVICE PROVIDER FOR VISA/OCI/PIO/RENUNCIATION CERTIFICATE SUPPORT SERVICES WITH EFFECT FROM May 21st, 2014

The Embassy of India in the USA has awarded the new contract for providing Visa/OCI/PIO/Renunciation of Indian Citizenship Certificate application support services to a New Service provider, to be operational from May 21st, 2014.

We have handed over all relevant applications / documents to new service provider.

After hearing Becky Douglas speak at BYU's Education Week in 2006, Kathy felt the urge to "do something" for this wonderful organization, Rising Star Outreach! It took a couple years to carve out the time and plan for a dancer's benefit concert but she was determined to help in some way!  
What started as a small gathering of three studios in a church has expanded to 8 studios and hundreds of dancers as we prepare for the 6th Annual Dancers Making a Difference!"  -- Bunker Dance Center

April 22nd was a special Tuesday that brought talent from all over the Las Vegas area to one theater to raise aid for those affected with leprosy.  When we were talking with Kathy Bunker she kept saying how special a night like tonight was because these 8 studios are usually competing with each other, but tonight they are united in service and helping others.  This feeling is what Rising Star Outreach loves to promote.  People from all backgrounds, situations, locations all come together to help those that are in need.  Helping people that are often looked over of forgotten.  But we will not for get them, we see them and the beauty and strength that they offer the world.

We would like to thank each of the 8 studios participating this year.  Their performances were amazing and a special thanks to special guest Aaron Turner.

RAUTAHAT, APR 30 - Budhan Raya of Hardiya VDC-7 in the district has been displaced ever since he suffered from leprosy a decade ago. According to Raya, the villagers kicked him out of the village in fear of contracting the disease. However, Raya is now cured and wishes to be rehabilitated in his village.
“The villagers kicked me out of the village after finding out about my disease,” he said. Raya was admitted to a Lalgad-based hospital with the help of a group of people. Raya is currently living in a hut on the side of a canal near Hardiya village with his daughter Rina Yadav and son-in-law Sukhal after he sold off his only plot of land for his treatment.
Raya’s wife had abandoned him after learning about  his disease. He  still fears of being treated as an outcast if he returned to his village. “I want to return home but I am scared of  the villagers.”
